SO YOU’RE INTERESTED IN JOINING A WEIGHT WAGER?!

Chat Keto – Weight Wager Rules

These competitions last 7 weeks unless otherwise noted.

  1. REQUIRED: YOU MUST WEIGH IN EVERY WEDNESDAY! Going on vacation? Work have you travelling? Bring a scale!
  2. ENCOURAGED: You should post a selfie every Wednesday/throughout the week.
  3. REQUIRED: You must take photos of your scale for your STARTING weight and ENDING weight, with written username, date, and keyword! – Specific keyword will be given on the start and end days.
  4. REQUIRED: FINAL WEIGH IN WILL BE BY 6PM EST.
  5. REQUIRED: A $25 US Amazon gift card (or similar such as PayPal) must be PRE-PAID and sent to the WW email address. (You’ll be given this during the WW.)
  6. REQUIRED: Participation. You must get involved in on and off-topic conversations in the private Weight Wager channel. This encourages us all to work harder and keep each other motivated.
  7. ENCOURAGED: You should be using a food/macro tracking method and should share your food intake regularly.
  8. ENCOURAGED: You should share fitness photos/videos of yourself and your workouts/etc.
  9. ENCOURAGED: You should call other members out. If you see someone slacking off, get them motivated!
  10. ENCOURAGED: Voice & Video Chats!!! Every week you should to ‘check in’ with at least one DIFFERENT member via a voice/video chat. This will help with accountability of yourself as well as the person you’re checking in with.
  11. ENCOURAGED: GROUP VIDEO/VOICE/GAME CHATS! It really helps everyone get to know each other by having larger video/voice calls to help everyone stay motivated.
  12. REPEAT PARTICIPANTS: If you’ve joined a previous WW competition, you’ll use the lowest of either your current weight, or past end weight for your previous three WW events. (You must attain your goals, not rinse/repeat your mistakes.)
  13. GUMBOCOZY RULE: You must use a digital scale. No more of this analog bullshit.
  14. Note: Participation is invitation only and is typically limited to 15-20 people max.

The winner is determined by who loses the highest percentage of their weight.

REMINDER

The entire point of having the Weight Wager events is to build healthy habits. Learning how to keep your health and wellness top of mind, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, etc, while also finding a sense of community with like-minded people.
You’ll create long lasting friendships, you’ll share life events, victories, break downs,  and plenty of laughs. Hopefully along the way, you’ll also get closer to your fitness goals and maybe even win some gift cards!… but really the competition is with yourself.

It’s learning to be a better human than you were before.
